Genwat plc is building strong links with local councils in order to better develop environmentally friendly energy production.Genwat appreciates that Councils may be contractually bound by waste collection agreements and Genwat seeks to collaborate with existing operators with a view to assisting the Councils to reduce the waste sent to landfill, operating costs and in achieving its obligations under the Waste Incineration Directive.
