Genwat finalises final pre-IPO fundraising (subject to market conditions, trading, etc.)
Genwat’s directors have recently supported a fundraising round to allow Genwat to blast forward to flotation in 2011.
Subject to market conditions, investor appetite, the agreement of and ratification of various contracts, the directors’ strategy is to press for flotation and raise the requisite funds in 2011 to build Genwat’s first Energy from Waste plant.
Whilst the current fundraising has only been offered to existing shareholders, enquiries are welcome from private or trade investors wishing to support Genwat’s business model.
Genwat’s directors would also like to thank those investors who have already supported the company.
